How does the service work?
We offer you top quality ways to call the world. All you do is dial our normal, non-premium rate London number from your mobile phone and follow the instructions. The number you dial is usually included in your network's free bundled minutes!
Will I be charged if the remote party is busy or unavailable?
No, we will only start charing you once the call has connected.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept payment via the £5 premium rate short code found on the home page of this site
Please can you explain your cost?
The access number you dial to access our system is a UK geographic number. Calling this is the same as calling, say, a friends home number here in the UK. Your mobile phone provider may charge you for this, but we find that mostly these calls are usually covered by your mobile network's bundled minutes, making the call essentially free! You would need to check this with your network. The ongoing international call is charged per second according to the rate table found elsewhere on this site. The top up charges are explained on the relevant pages elsewhere on this site.

Ordering from our web site couldn't be more secure - we use only the very latest internet security technology. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
